How do I update my credit card info?

To update the credit card associated with your account, please visit this link to open your coaching chat:

Important: You'll need to login via the web to do this; updating the credit card information is not currrently available in the iOS app.

Click on your coach's name to open the chat window and then click on the gear icon at upper right; you'll see an option for "Update Credit Card" there.

If you don't currently have coaching but need to update to make another purchase, please contact us at with subject line "Billing: update credit card" for assistance. Be sure to include the email address that matches the one used for your account.
