What if I forget to check in for the day?

No problem! Just tap the arrow next to "Today" at the top of your dashboard and go back up to seven days to add a check-in for any habit.


Did you miss a check-in from even farther back? To add a check-in yourself for any past date, start at your dashboard. Click/tap on the habit, then on "weekly stats". Choose the Calendar tab. Then just click on the day you want to add the check-in for. A screen will appear to let you add the check-in and any notes.
