I'm getting an error when I try to login; what should I do?

Enter your email address on the login screen and then press Forgot Password? to receive a reset password email. That solves most login problems we hear about. If it doesn't find your email address, then you probably created your account with a different email address.  

If all else fails, try removing the app and reinstalling it.
